Returns:
Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
Refunds:
Eligible refunds (due to returns, cancellations, or out-of-stock items) will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time by contacting our support team.
Please note: Perishable items once accepted at delivery are not eligible for return unless found damaged or spoiled.
